Dorado Press said they had only ever refused to print a jacket once before, and that it had depicted hardcore pornography.

iTunes, as well, will not show penis, so the back cover (which features a track-listing and title in Arial Black) took the place of the 'd' in all of the digitally distributed copies (Twitter has yet to catch on to avatar).
The dick has to do with the self-involved and masturbatory process of crafting pop-songs on a computer by yourself.
Collection of songs and radio parodies, written in [Chris Uehlein's] head (in cars and in the back at Subway), recorded in the various attics, apartments, and basements able to fit [his] computer into.
