The release was originally issued in a clear plastic sleeve including a folded matte printed cardboard.
This cardboard was not joined.
It lists a Super 45 Tours ”Disco-Club Andros” collection including 5 x ‘Série Variétés’ items, as well as, ‘Surprise Partie’, ‘Musette’, ‘Folklore Cow-Boy’ and ‘7 Fables De La Fontaine’ 7” releases, with conditions for ordering those, against 2 or 3 proofs of Andros items buying, plus stamps for the delivery.
It reads also a liner note written by ”La Direction d’Andros S.A.”, to welcome the new members of the club and to invite them to ask a catalog, in order to know the conditions for buying extra LPs compilations of the ”Collection Cocktail”, six of those appear in pictures on the third page of the document : ’Cocktail Variétés N°3’, ‘N°4’ & ‘N°5’, ’Cocktail Musette N° 2’ & ‘N°3’, and ‘Surprise Partie N°2’.
