The record has two white labels. The cover is black with a pink/white sticker showing a drawing of the german cartoon "Äffle & Pferdle" (swabian for: Monkey & Horse), where the horse says to the monkey: "MACH MIR DEN AFFEN" (translated: Do the monkey for me). No artist mentioned.
The vinyl contains two engravings (one after each track), after the first "Mach mir den Affen" and after the second "Hallolelelelele" plus the catalog number.
