Side A - This tape was found in a pile of junk on the side of a road wrapping around an island off the coast of Maine. Marked ”Hypnosis – Josh / 9-18-98”, this 21 minute hypnosis was presumably recorded on a handheld tape recorder with background sounds of running water, harbor horns, whistling birds, and wind. While listening, you’re practice is lead by soft whispers such as ‘I give my problems to my soul’s guidance / I release my problems to my inner light.’

The tape turns over to Side B culled from infrasonic frequencies. Find your own way through them.

comes with 28 page zine of collages made from withered nature magazines found in the same pile of rubbish as the hypnosis tape.
