Issued in textured silk-screened sleeve. Label stamped on back cover in various colors. Catalog number on label is printed in red.
The label stamp has the "P.O.Box 17052" address.

Side B is actually not etched but stamped with lots of text, i.a. song titles, credits, 'tanks' to Kill Rock Stars and Gravity and a dedication to Brian Jones.
Also: '(drummer) Brandt has since departed to attend the yung Ginn Academy of kung fu'.

Copies may include a folded label insert (order form). Some copies have labels reveresed. Runouts are etched.
