This is a slightly altered version of the "Live Without a Net" show for radio broadcast, complete with Coke commercials and DJ intro and outros. Track F2 ends in a locked groove. After the locked groove, there is a radio montage advertisement for this show as the "next concert in the Superstar Concert Series on Westwood One."

"CERTIFICATE OF PERFORMANCE" single-stapled (top left corner) to cue sheet along with Westwood One return envelope included with box.

Certificate has station-identifying bar code sticker affixed at bottom right.

Box is seemingly generic with no identifying marks pertaining to specific release/concert contained inside.

Labels do not identify Van Halen nor the Concert date or location. Each label lists only the catalog number and side number.

Side are pressed for "stacking," i.e. Side 1/side4, Side 2/Side 5, Side 3/Side 6.

Track E1 not listed on cue sheet
