The jacket says the recording is from 1976 Pasadena High School, but it isn't actually from there.
The first three tracks are demos.
The remaining tracks appear to be from The Starwood Club in Hollywood, CA on June 1, 1976.

A red color vinyl version also exists, issued by the same label, with catalog number of D551. The cover of the color version is the same as the back of the regular version. The back of the color version is mostly blank, with only the text "Colored Vinyl Only 100 Numbered Copies" and the copy number stamped on it.
Both the black and color vinyl releases are limited to 100 copies (or less).
