Even with the 2001 release and repress, imported CDs with obi and commentary were available in Japan from Disk Union and Marquee Inc..
(I remember that the version released by disk union at the time sold out instantly, and then marquee released it later in 2002 in the same way.)
This is a re-release by disk Union of a CD that was repressed and re-released in 2013 with a new obi and commentary.
