The cover art is completely different from the original, and there are no other pictures, the tray insert, the inside fold and the disc itself are completely black with a very generic font indicating "Vanity 6" and the track names. There is no catalog number present, and the numeric UPC only appears on the back of the tray insert under an extremely tiny indication "Manufactured by Amazon.com kydc, Lexington, KY"
