This version is pretty much identical to The Brown Bunny (Motion Picture Soundtrack) (copies without obi distributed and sold in the U.S. by Vincent Gallo) except for the presence of dual catalog numbers, barcode and obi on Japanese edition.

The first 5 tracks are from the film The Brown Bunny. The last 5 tracks were written exclusively for this release before the movie and used as inspiration during filming. One the back cover states "This CD also contains original music that was not included in The Brown Bunny but was composed and performed for the film by John Frusciante."
