This version has "MADE IN THE USA BY UML" in the mould/hub of the CD, but it couldn't have been made by UML because they stopped production in May of 2005 and this is a 2006 release. The UML profile page explains that some releases appear to credit "MADE IN USA BY UML" after UML was purchased by EDC and that UML shouldn't be credited in LCCN, but this should be mentioned in release notes.
