The 7” cover is firmly attached to the right inside of the gatefold cover. A lyric sheet included. The track order of the 7" is mislabeled.
The runout numbers 037-A etc. are crossed out and subsequently re-entered by hand.
Two versions exist- one with printed inner sleeves, the other one with two booklets (18 page - 1st and 20 page 2nd booklet).
