There is no information about the DVD on the release except its title printed on the disc. However, The circle provided chapters info on its website available at the bottom of this page:

However, the chapters is named after the artist performing vocals within and the same is shown on the DVD's menu. Hopefully, the authoring staff had the good idea to name the tracks as they were starting in the video and this is why the info is listed above.

DVD notes:
DVD-6.1 and DVD-11.1 aren't written within the video. DVD-6.1 was a totally original voice-over made for the show and noteworthy. DVD-11.1 is the wait time and MC between Diablo=Messiah's last track and the encore track by あき which length around 4 minutes.

All tracks have MC'ing before and after/between each tracks.

DVD-1 and DVD-5 only have their chapter title listed but no artists to them even though we could attribute one for DVD-5.

DVD-10.1's original track is by Diablo=Messiah alone. However, in this vocal live performance, he is performing with 長尾ちえみ. Hence the featuring credit.

DVD-11.2 have all live show's cast on stage but only あき was singing.
