Box Set compiles the first four 7" from The Negro Problem's Aerial Flipout label into one box, the records do not have picture sleeves in the box set and the box includes the inserts that came with The Negro Problem/PG-13 split single and the PG-13 Disturbance Call/Comfort 7" only. No picture sleeves or other inserts, just the box the singles and the two inserts.
