Issued with A3 poster and A4 single sided insert. Cover only mentions the song titles, the corresponding bands' names show up on the insert (B1 credited to Thought Police and B3 to Whothehell on the insert, but a small arrow indicates that the two artists are printed the wrong way round actually: B1 is Whothehell and B3 is Thought Police). Track B8 by the Ex Pistols is a cover version of "Anarchy In The U.K." with "486-4488" being EMI's telephone number!
A-side ends in a locked groove.
