The cover for this split is made from the several artworks related to the video game "Silent Hill 4: The Room". The title itself is a pun on the picture called "The Garden of Earthly Delights", made by a Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch. As the picture is a triptych, this three artists can be seen as three parts (or acts) of one bigger opus. Each song is very different from the other two when it comes to the genre it belongs to, but that is the point of the release: to show three different views of the eerie and the uncomfortable disturbance.
