Limited edition compilation of opening and closing themes for the 2009-2014 run of the various Monogatari anime series.

Packaged in an acrylic slipcase emblazoned with the compilation title and the tracklisting, includes three vertically oriented jewel cases designed to display whichever two (out of six) character illustrations one prefers. The set comes in a resealable, stickered outer bag and includes three full-color liner notes booklets: Two with lyrics, credits and interviews pertaining to the audio portion of the set; and another with stills and credits of the video portion of the package. An insert promoting the release of the first Kizomonogatari film and the Puc Puc mobile game is also included in the jewel case for Disc 3.

The included Blu-ray disc features the opening and ending segments broadcast for every track on the CD in their textless form, with the exception of "white lies", which features Japanese language credits. The disc also includes a shuffle play feature for these segments.
