Release Date: 1962Label: Twin Hits
Rare album of the Twin Hits label (I do not know any other from this label in LP format). In fact, there were very few singles in 7" that were published under this label Twin Hits in the early 60s.The LP compiles several singles by Tim Reynolds, The Downbeats, Chet Avery, and others from that year 1962 and was released for the first anniversary of the radio show Tragadiez de los Éxitos (pop genre, Rock, easy to hear of the world) that led Eduardo Morell (among the first as an announcer and animator of these genres in Venezuela) on the Radio Tropical radio station under the sponsorship of Williams Shoes.
Note: Tragadiez was the word that Eduardo Morell used to refer to the slot machine better known as Jukebox, in which he placed the coins for a set of successes that would follow next.
Another weird thing in this album is the piece Green Onions which is credited as The Downbeats' interpretation but when you listen to it, the truth is, it's the original version that was released and imposed by Booker T. & M.G.'s
