"The selections on this special two record sampler have been chosen as a broad representation of the many artists available on the TRIP, SPRINGBOARD, and UPFRONT labels. The various categories of Pop, Blues and Jazz are all offered on this album for your information and listening pleasure.
It may be of interest that other than the electronic master cutting and plating this product was completed by our in-house facilities: all art work, printing, and fabrication and the pressing using our own "Super-4" formulations were done in our own plant.

Track D1 is credited to "Kawaida", from album "Kawaida/Kuumba-Toudie Heath". The info page for that particular album, found at Albert Heath - Kawaida, links "Kuumba Toudie-Heath as an ANV for Albert Heath. The album page also says that "Kawaida" was credited to Herbie Hancock or Don Cherry upon reissue. I chose to link Albert Heath and use an ANV.
