These are promotional CD's that were manufactured for radio broadcast on the radio station Westwood One.
The CD's are housed in a plain white sleeve and are accompanied with a cue sheet designed for radio announcers.
These CD's contain recordings of Sugar Ray, The Flys, and Blink-182 performing live in 1998. The shows were broadcast to Westwood One radio on the weekend of January 16-17, 1998, according to the discs and cue sheet.

Sugar Ray and Blink 182 were recorded live at the Universal Amphitheatre, Los Angeles, CA on December 6th, 1997 as part of the annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas show.
The Flys were recorded live at the Whisky A Go Go, Hollywood, CA on July 22nd, 1998.
