On this version (probably the first one, as it was sold as early as August 1995) the index on the booklet is not so detailed as on the later version, the booklet layout is also different, and the credits page has a dark background.
There are also this version and this with a different artwork on back of digisleeve. In between these two there are some subtle differences too.
