Hopeless/Sub City Records presents Take Action! Volume 7, a CD/DVD compilation featuring 40 tracks and videos from the biggest names in pop-punk, rock and hardcore music, including Every Time I Die, Silverstein, Motion City Soundtrack, Plain White T's, Chiodos and many more!

A portion of the proceeds (equaling 5% of the suggested retail list price) earned by the artists and Sub City Records from the sale of this title will be donated to the non-profit organization Do Something a group that gives young people the opportunity to personally help change the world.

The album comes packaged in a digipak, housed in a carboard O-Card.
