It was released in Europe on August 28, 2015 and in Japan in May 2015, and is worth 3000 stars in Europe and 2000 in Australia. As the soundtrack title implies, it is the final installment in the Nintendo Sound Selection series of soundtrack CDs, and contains ending themes from a variety of Nintendo games dating from the NES to the Wii U, many of which are from various Mario games.
