1.1.1 & 1.1.2 are from CBGB's 1978, 1.1.3 - 1.1.5: unknown, 1.2.1 - 1.2.5 are from New York City 1982, 1.3.1 - 1.3.3 are from August 8 1984, Philadelphia, 1.3.4 & 1.3.5 are from 1979.
2.1.1 is unknown, 2.1.2 - 2.1.5 are live from Central Park, 2.2.1 - 2.2.3: unknown, 2.3.1 & 2.3.2 are from Boston.
3.1.1 - 3.1.3 are from 1982, 3.1.4: unknown, 3.2.1 - 3.2.3 are from 1983, 3.3.1 - 3.3.3 are from Spectrum, Philadelphia
