This CD comprises one aspect of the mid-1990s indie music in Brantford, Ontario. During the mid-1990s Second Wave Records (122 Colborne Street) was a small central meeting palce for bands. It offered a way to network and sell their independent recordings. Soon that came to an end and there was no social centre for indie music in Brantford. People tried with music 'zines, but their focus was never overall and they soon failed as well. With broken networks bands floated in and out of existence with out anyone ever knowing about them.

This CD is a limited view since there is not manyt recordings to grab hold of to make it. From 1994 to 1997 there are 125 known bands (in Brantford). There is most likely a great deal more. How many ever had anything recorded, live or studio? It's unknown. What is here is one piece that survives.
