This compilation is our way to commemorate Daniel Johnston. We asked some musicians that collaborate with us to reinterpret a song by him and maybe we've found out something that Johnston's art represents at his best. A good song is a fact profoundly personal and profoundly universal at the same time, if you want to rejoin in this ritual you will able to do it in spite of any concrete condition.
All the tracks in this compilation are homemade recordings, and no need to say how much we owe Daniel to this. At your mercy music is a kind of magic, and we just want to say thank you to a great master.
