The official compilation from the Eurovision Song Contest 1999, released in Israel only.
The songs appear in the highest scoring order.
It lacks four of the competing songs, the sleeve notes state this was because they did not have permission to include them at the time of closing the disc.

The missing tracks are:
• Marlayne - One Good Reason (for the Netherlands) (should have appeared after track 8 - Denne Gang)
• Precious - Say It Again (for the United Kingdom) (should have appeared after track 10 - For A Thousand Years)
• Mietek Szcześniak - Przytul Mnie Mocno (for Poland) (should have appeared after track 16 - Je Veux Donner Ma Voix)
• Marlain - "Tha'nai Erotas" (Θα'ναι έρωτας) (for Cyprus) (should have appeared after track 18 - Como Tudo Começou)

There are also a couple of typing errors in the track listing.
The German entry on track 3 is the full Turkish version of the song (Kudüs'e Seyahat), despite having the German title printed and the Danish entry on track 8 is the English version (This Time I Mean It), despite having the Danish title printed.
