Jacket and label variant- this one has " LEE-MYLES ASSOC., N.Y.C." printed vertically from bottom to top in the lower left corner of the front sleeve and "COVER PRINTED IN U.S.A." printed horizontally in the lower left corner of the back sleeve. The labels are the red and cream Quality labels as opposed to the blue ones on the original submission.
