The last CCP document and probably the rarest one, never fully released due to the label closed down.
This limited 2CD pre-release was manufactured around end of 1997 or early/mid 1998 with just a pre-booklet, and "sent out" as promotional item without jewel case in ca. 100-200 copies.
Inside the booklet you find the explanation: "Please order the double-cd tray as your copy of the booklet with much more additional information,which completes this fifth CCP sampler...."

Incorrect track list printed on booklet. Panic on the Titanic with "Crystal Clear" is listed twice (track 4 as a remix version and track 7 as a regular album version). But only the remix version is available. Correct track list see above. Both discs contain 16 tracks.
