The back in-lay card and spine state Series #3 Winter '87. The front title card and disc states December 1987. The disc also incorrectly states "Volume 2".

These sampler CDs were issued quarterly to radio stations that subscribed to the Hard Report, and were not sold in stores.
The versions contained are mainly the full album versions (not edits).
