Future Disciple is spelt Future Desciple on the cover.On the back cover track 2-4 is listed as "Presents Osaris - Turbulence System" whereas it's the other way round. The inside tracklist also uses Osiris instead of Osaris.
On the back cover the artist and track name for track 2-10 runs to two lines causing all the later tracks to be misnumbered.
