THIS is the "Die-hard version" on grey vinyl. Besides the two inserts it includes a red Atlantean Kodex patch.

Gatefold sleeve, hand-numbered, limited to 110 copies.

The total pressing quantity was 666 copies, which means 556 more copies exist on black vinyl. The numbering of the two different versions is not consistent. E.g. the copy #231 belongs to the die-hard version, so it seems the numbering was not started with #001 for either the die-hard or the black version to run through to #110 or #556, respectively.
