Differences:
- Bottom left front: "Historical Jazz" font is sans serif vs old English on the other
- Top right front: "NO.3" vs "Number 3"
- Top right quadrant back - "RARE BANDS OF THE TWENTIES" vs "BANDS OF THE TWENTIES"
Catalog# - "No. 3" on sleeve and "ASC-3" on labels.
Runouts - The "2" in the side a runout is mirrored, but it could also be an upside-down "5".

Besides some slight band and track name differences between the sleeve back and the labels, there are the following notable differences:
B2: "Alphonse Trent's Orchestra" on sleeve back. "Duke Diggs (Alphonse Trent)" on label.
B7: "King Mutt & His Tennessee Thumpers" on sleeve back, "King Mutt" on label.
