This LP was released to commemorate the Louisiana World Exposition 1984 (aka World's Fair 1984) held in New Orleans. There are multiple variations of the album. All variations have the 1984 logo on one side, but different pictures of New Orleans on the other side. The LP is a picture disc issued in a clear sleeve with no credits or liner notes. The side featuring the 1984 logo consists of two tracks. The first track is sung by a female as she describes the many things to experience at the Expo and in the city of New Orleans. She repeats the lines "Louisiana World Exposition '84/Bring The World Together" throughout the song, so that is what I have chosen to list as the title of the song here. The second song on the logo side of the LP is an instrumental version of "Louisiana World Exposition '84/Bring The World Together."
The flip side of the LP features a short spoken word piece by a male narrator. He recounts a very brief history of New Orleans and lists sights and experiences that one shouldn't miss in the city and at the World Exposition itself.
