A compilation released in 1986, ostesibly to capitalize on the unexpected success of Andreas Vollenweider's Down To The Moon and offers a rather strange selection of diverse instrumental music produced between 1981 and 1985 which is supposed to share a certain "atmospheric" quality (hence the title). Three selections from previous Vollenweider releases, two each by Sky (4) and Oblique (8), and one each by Osamu Kitajima and Apsaras.Promo copy identified by a small sticker in the back cover reading "DISCO PARA DEMOSTRACION VENTA PROHIBIDA" and the same legend in the orange Discos CBS label. Other promo copies have a black stamp on the front cover as well.
