This version was released in a maroon faux leather textured box with the catalog number CMCR3 printed along the bottom edge of the box.

It may contain a combination of the white/black and black/orange Candlelite labels which makes it a latter reissue release that likely utilized leftover labels from an earlier version of the same release. It has been confirmed that the release was issued new with the label variations. All runouts have 1978 Trutone mastering dates and Union Jack stamps for Keel Record Mfg. even though the labels may vary.
