When Kniteforce was first set up, it was done so with three main aims.
1: To release the best quality material available.
2: To release music of an original and uplifting nature, no matter what style (jungle, happy, dark, trance etc.)
3: To have as much fun as possible while doing the other two.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to stay true to those aims. One of the main reasons is because people have become very closed minded. People who used to buy and listen to hardcore in general, now listen to just jungle, or just happy hardcore, and only go to clubs playing the style of hardcore they like. The result is that people will only listen to one style, and not give any others a chance.
Why? Surely all the divisions are part of the same family? When I first started raving, I heard every element of hardcore and it was all played together , by DJs who loved all music, for a crowd who wanted to hear it all.
Since then, the music has progressed but the attitude has regressed. Hardcore Music is now in a position to be recognised as a quality music, but the unity which made the scene seems to be slowly disappearing.
One of the reasons for this is that the majority of music released at the moment, although of a very high standard, is moody and depressing.
Another reason is that the majority of people listening to hardcore are listening to what's trendy, instead of listening to what's good.
In this respect Kniteforce are pleased to be in the minority, and to be regarded as some-what unusual. We will always put out uplifting music,, whatever trend comes or goes. And we will carry on doing it with an open mind and a good sense of humour. With respect
Luna-C
