Tracks 1-3, 1-4, 1-6, and 1-8 appear to be vinyl rips.

Disc 2 has the artists names and track titles switched. Tracks 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 12 are recorded at the wrong (much slower) speed on the disc. Track 3 is listed as "Vortex" by "John B" but it's the track "Hi Band" under his alias Vortex.

Disc 4 has 12 tracks listed but there are only 10 on CD. The cover lists track 4-1 as Chuck E - Smokin A Blunt and 4-2 as Kane & The Paraquat - Supadupa which are not on CD. The CD starts from the track numbered 3 (pressed as track 1 on disc) and continues in that order up to the track numbered 12 pressed as track 10.
Track 4-1 (4-3 on cover) is listed "Saftey Dimension" on box and "Safety Dimension" on insert. The correct track name is "Safety Zone"
Track artist 4-2 (4-4 on cover) is listed as "Forth Dimension" on box but correct on inside.
Track 4-6 (4-8 on cover) is listed as "Dark 111".

Packaged in 6 slim jewel cases in a carboard slipcase. Each disc has an individual catalog and barcode as shown.
