Pages 2 & 11 of the 12 page booklet are blank on some copies, the preceding page ends half way through a sentence. Therefore I believe all credits for this compilation are missing from my copy but may be present on other copies. Some copies have a different picture of the Golliwogs on page 2 (with the wigs).

No writing credits given for track 3.
