This issue was never released. It exists as a testpressing only (CD). This issue comes with a rear, but no front insert. It looks like the artwork was never completed.

All other songs were never featured on any other Direct Hit Sector issues. It is not known why this issue was never released. It was acquired directly through Direct Hit Remix Service. This may be the only copy ever made.
