Mine contains a typewritten invitation to a Lions member in Dutch, to buy this record as a contribution to Lions' activities. It is personally signed by the chairman A. Alexandre. The letter is dated "1 december 1974".

The letter opens with the words: "Waarde President" (Dear President). Attached is stencil-copied paper with the 'program' (the tracklist in Dutch).
