Promotional-only DVD contains music videos of songs by artists distributed by BMG that were nominated for the 2004 Grammy Awards. The nominees were announced December 4, 2003.

This DVD was distributed to select US music retailers January 2004 solely for in-store play and was not sold in stores.

The DVD is programmed as 1 long video track, totalling 1 hour 13 minutes, so the only way to skip to a particular video is to use the fast-forward/rewind buttons. The disc is not indexed and does not have a menu. It starts playing right away.
