Track 1 is a CDROM track including the Tinrib website and sequencer files for a remix competition.

Track 2 is the last six tracks from the Tinrib mix-album Fish Grooves Vol. 1 mixed by Steve Thomas.

Track 3 is the second half of a live set by Captain Tinrib at The HQ, The Milkweg, Amsterdam. No tracklist is provided but an approximate playlist (with his various aliases) has been added to this listing. This track is entitled "Fish Tales Vol. 2 - Hook, Line & Sinker", although Fish Tales Vol. 2 was a Tinrib label mix subtitled "If It's Free I'll Have 2" and the subtitle "Hook, Line & Stinker" was later used for Fish Tales Vol. 5.

The competition involved remixing Manta by D.R.Base. Track 4 is the first half of the original track for reference and tracks 5 to 9 contain clean audio samples from the track.
