In j-card case with obi. Roll fold cover insert includes lyrics to all vocal tracks. An additional fold out insert includes track commentary and liner notes by Eiichi Ohtaki.

The notes state that Ohtaki was responsible for production on all tracks except 5, 6 and 7. On track 5 he was present at vocal dubbing, on track 7 he assisted with the arrangement and mix. He was not present for track 6 (composition only).
