The tape labels are "A Factory Video FACT 56" for the Factory edition and "IKON" for the Ikon edition.

Some editions have FACT 56 as opening; other editions have "IKON F.C.L. presents" and do not include the intro to the Durutti Column track, nor the 'clapping' sequence at the end of the tape. Generally, the live tracks have been shortened slightly.
Tracks 2, 4, 6 and 10 are live performances.
Mistakenly lists The Fall 'Totally Wired' as track 8. Track 12 is not listed on cover.
