Released in a felt covered gatefold black box with a pocket inside on the right with a cut out of the !K7 "I" logo and holding the three red sleeved discs. The track listings are printed on a transparent sticker attached to the lower back cover.
Should also have a circular transparent sticker indicating that this is a "SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION 2xCD & DVD" and a list of some of the artists contained therein.
Also a black printed sticker with the !K7 offices set in a relief in the centre of the back cover.

The DVD disc labelling 'This side up for NTSC' and 'This side up for PAL' is incorrectly reversed.
The content of the DVD is the same for NTSC and PAL except that for the PAL version, each video is prefixed with a 3-second interstitial !K7 TV identification - no such video idents are shown on the NTSC version.
