Incorrect/inconsistent information:
Title appears as "4 AD Dark Paths" on sleeve and as "Dark Paths" on both labels.
Track A6 is mistakenly credited as "Demolished Sanctuary" on sleeve and label.
Track B1 is mistakenly credited as "Backward Across Thresholds" on sleeve and as "Backward Across Threshold" on label.
D. Jay is misspelled on sleeve as "D. Say" (tracks A7 and B6).
