This LP was released with many different color "insert style" sleeves including: yellow, orange, green, blue, and brown. There were also different label variations that have shown up with the different color sleeves: Ruthless Rhymes, Slipped Disc, TMOQ, and blank white labels.

Some of the labels are designed by the bootleggers to appear to be from other countries, but this release was likely pressed in the USA.

Some copies came with "Punk Pinsert", which was a second 8.5"x11" insert that listed credits:
