Comes in a full color sleeve which simply calls the release "Disco-Mix".

The "Catalog number" MWDT X-1 and MWDT X-2 respectively on the labels are given as "ASCAP/BMI/SESAC radio log" numbers. Despite ASCAP/BMI being mentioned here, this is a European release, which is confirmed by the label stating "Made in the EEC".

The Sledgehammer Mix on side A is a megamix of pop and club tracks from 1985.

The "Flip Side Mix" on the B-Side actually consist of three seperate mixes. Track 1 is a short megamix over the groove of Mac Attack "Art Of Drums". One of the tracks extensively used in the mix is The S.O.S. Band's "The Finest, which in itself is getting a remix treatment as the second mix on the B side using its accapella and various commercially available versions. The third mix on the B side is a remix of Madonna's Holiday, adding some new percussion to the original.
