While this is definitely a Japanese release of Punk Bites 2, it's labeled simply as Punk Bites on the front cover of the booklet. The artwork remains the same, but the large orange '2' is gone. Rear of the booklet is identical. Inside the booklet, the artwork is the same, but printed in blue on white only, different from the original that was blue, red and black on white.

The spines are labeled as Punk Bites ~Pizza Mania and the Fearless name and catalog number are replaced by Flavour and it's catalog number.

The disc screen print is a halftone in white and red only. Again, the '2' is missing.
